TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-

Terms of use:-

The agreed check in and out timings should be followed. If any further changing in late check in or check out it should be communicated or requested prior.

Services and Facilities:-

All our properties are fully equipped and furnished with fresh linen, bath and kitchen facilities.

Property will be facilitated with Gym, Pool.

DEWA is included in monthly rentals

All of our Properties are included with high speed internet.

Cleaning fee will be charged separately as per requirement.

Special Occasion Arrangement

CODE OF CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOUR:-

Clients are requested to follow civilized behavior while staying and not causing inconvenience

Parties / loud Music / Noise are not allowed in the premises.

Clients have the rights to receive guest at the property for some hours and number of overnight guests should be minimum.

Clients and there guest should be expected to follow the code of conduct.

Furnished damage to the property or furnishing in excess will be charged.

All of our properties do not allow pets and smoking is prohibited in the premises.

Changes in booking dates should be identified in advance via email.

All other activities which are suspicious or sub-leasing are not allowed, it will be directly reported to the authorities and will lead to the termination of the contract with immediate effect and no refunds will be claimed.

AX will not take responsibility of any illegal activity performed by the clients or there guest.

The lost property of access cards, keys, or parking cards will cost additional charges.

It is client solely responsibility to watch out for themselves and the people visiting them at the property.

A refundable security deposit - pre-authorization on your credit card on day of arrival of AED 3,000 (subject to period of stay up to 10 days) AED 5,000 Security Deposit is chargeable on stays of more than 11 days) The Operator reserves the right to deduct any damages or losses from the security deposit on departure.

No Show- After 48 hours of estimated arrival - No refund

REFUND POLICY:-

If the client is eligible for the refunds, then the refund will be made within a week from the Refund approval date.

If you wish to cancel the booking, you need to inform week before the check in date, otherwise cancellation charges will be hit.

Any amounts payed including advance are non refundable in the event of cancelling a contract less than 7 days in check in date.

At arrival / Check in you need to show “confirmed booking” email from AX Staycation.

Cleaning fee will be charged separately as per requirement.

Special Occasion Arrangement

If the client is eligible for the refunds, then the refund will be made within a week from the Refund approval date.

If you wish to cancel the booking, you need to inform week before the check in date, otherwise cancellation charges will be hit.

DTCM:-

Amount per night will be charged for up to maximum of 30 days, charges are based on Unit / size as pr DTCM.

VAT:-

5% Vat will be charged added to all tenancy contracts.

We make sure to keep our client’s information and personal details confidential, only be shared with team of AX Staycation to provide you Services.

AX Staycation will only accept payments online using Visa / Master Card/ Credit / Debit in AED or Cash.

All information on Debit / Credit card will not be stored or shared with any Third parties.

The website policy / terms and conditions can be changed or updated from time to time as per requirement and standards, for that clients are to be requested to visit the website frequently or before visiting U.A.E so you may have all updates.
